NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) -- New Orleans police are hoping you can help catch a man who is accused of breaking into cars in the same parking garage on at least two occasions. According to the NOPD, the man first broke into a minivan on October 12th and then a BMW on October 29th. The parking garage is in the 300 block of Canal Street.
The NOPD is also looking for whoever robbed a Boost Mobile store over the weekend. Police say the man pulled a gun and instructed the clerk to lock herself in the bathroom. That's when, according to police, he emptied the cash register and took some phones, too. The store is located in the 2100 block of Saint Bernard Avenue.
Finally, New Orleans police want to catch a man who robbed an Auto Zone on General Meyer Avenue in Algiers. According to police, the robbery happened at about 8:30 Sunday morning. Police released two photos of the robber, but they're not very useful. The best lead might be a photo that police say shows the truck the robber was driving.
