NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to identify and arrest a suspect accused of stealing a Vespa scooter. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.
According to police, the crime happened a little after midnight on the morning of May 1 at the G's Pizza located on Bienville Street in the Fairgrounds neighborhood. Police also released some security camera footage of what happened.
In the video, a man is seen walking through the patio dining area of the restaurant and then returning to retrace his steps, only pushing a red 2020 Vespa scooter during his second pass.
